Started out promising, but in the end utterly unprofessional. Mark was, initially, when I called him, communicative and explanatory over the phone, after I described the nature of the job. He asked to be sent photos of the site on WhatsApp, promising to call back after 5 minutes. Photos sent immediatley. Silence. After 2 hours had to call him back. He asked for further photos, with further promise to call back after 5 minutes. Did so immediately. Silence. After another hour and a half tried to call twice, no answer. Texted asking just if he could let me know if he would/could call out. Nothing. Do not mind if busy or something else comes up, but was left haning, and would never use or recommend due to lack of professionalism, communication and basic courtesy.
