john Gallagher construction built an extension consisting of a utility and ensuite bathroom for an older person.. The existing house was old and he had to undertake modifications to make the house accessible and aged user friendly. The work included the enlargement of doorways and the breaking out and opening of a new doorway from the downstairs bedroom to access the new build ensuite bathroom. The new extension consisting of a bathroom built to building standards and to meet council requirements in line with the approved planning conditions was completed to the highest standard. i found john Gallagher to be reliable and efficient and capable of completing work in a set programme timeline. i fully recommend john Gallagher construction . I cannot recommend John and his team from Roof Systems and Construction highly enough. We hired John to build a 15sqm extension for a remodelled kitchen, diner with living space. From his initial site visit to the end he was professional, approachable and kept us updated throughout about progress, timelines and modifications. He was on site daily which put us at ease and went out of his way to limit disruption and inconvenience to us during the build. The quality of the build is second to none and we are delighted with it and thank John and his team for such a great job.

We found John to be a superb craftsman. His standard of work was far above our expectations for a job which other builders we sought outside of this website thought too cumbersome and time consuming. From start to finish, John informed us of the construction requirements and details. He gave his input and listened to our ideas and incorporated them as he progressed without any issues. Even though prices of materials have hit extraordinary levels in the last few months, John kept costs as tight as possible and we end up only very slightly over his original estimate. We are thrilled with the finished build and would rate John 5??

John constructed a partition stud wall with a door for us which was completed to an excellent standard. Throughout the job he was punctual, polite and considerate. He kept us updated on his progress and sought our preferences. The price was clear and represented good value for money. We would definitely recommend his work.

John was professional delivered on time and he completed the work exactly as discussed. He provided recommendations and advice regarding ideas for our space and the finish was perfect on all works provided. He is competitive with his pricing and even though we were living in part of the house while construction was taking place there was minimal disruption. I highly recommend John and his team!! 5 star!!

I cannot recommend John Gallagher enough. He did 2 carpentry jobs for me, both jobs were done to the highest standard. Not only that he is completely reliable, he will ring when he says he will, will do the job when he says he will in the time that he said. I will hire John Gallagher to do all carpentry work for me in the future.

Thank you to John and Paddy for all the great work in refurbishing a hallway, bedroom and for creating an en-suite. A fantastic job done in a timely manner -plumbing, electrical, carpentry, tiling and plastering. I would highly recommend John Gallagher Construction and would have no hesitation in contacting them again for any future jobs! Am delighted with the results, thank you!

John came out at a convenient time and listened to everything we wanted. We received a detailed estimate. I ordered most of the supplies as I requested. Once everything arrived John gave me a date and estimated time for completion. Our house is not an easy one to do anything in and the lads did everything professionally and actually very quickly considering the stumbling blocks the house threw at them. I even added extra bits and the final price with extras was very good. I was surprised. Love the finished result. Everything looks brilliant. Extremely tidy and efficient workers. Definitely recommend.

John arrived as arranged to give quote, was in the budget I was looking for so gave him the go ahead He arrived early to start the job, was professional had everything needed to keep my house from any damage No messing around came and did what he needed to do Job completed in time frame he said Was delighted with end result Would recommend john
