EMagine Construction Carpentry Ltd - Ratings

Emagine construction carpentry responded to my job which was urgent in nature. Edward delivered the materials and work on a short timeline. They completed work on time to our satisfaction and to the cost amount we agreed beforehand. He communicated well too. It was a big repair job on some very worn and torn decking. He did an excellent job and also verified by other tradesmen who have since visited and seen his work. It was not an easy task. He was very pleasant to deal with, very tidy, hardworking, knowledgable and helpful on a few other odd jobs. I will definately use his services again and recommend him to others.

We recently moved in to a new premises and needed the kitchenette completely refitted. It was more difficult than we thought to source a reputable company to come out and do the job for us. As soon as I posted on Online Tradesmen, Edward from EMagine Construction Carpentry Ltd. was quick to respond. He offered to pop out to assess what needed to be done, provided a quote and bing, bang, bosh we had them booked in. They were friendly, efficient and tidy. A great job well done. Edward did a great job hanging some doors for me before Christmas. It was a tight timeline but he made sure the doors were hung before Christmas when I intended to move into the house. Also I had ordered the wrong hinges but he didn't make a issue out of it at all and actually went himself and sourced the correct hinges in the correct colour. Greatly appreciated.

Eddie fitted a second hand kitchen for us recently. He was very ready to deal with, he came for a look at the kitchen, quoted us a price and then we agreed on a date to start the work. He was very diligent with the fitting, and v creative in how he made it work in a slightly different space. He advised us well on what parts of the kitchen to keep and what parts to buy as new. The result was fantastic and we are very happy with it. I'd recommend Eddie for any job.

I hired Edward to do a carpentry job for me. Throughout our communication he was very prompt in replying, professional and extremely courteous. He was very accommodating when I had to rearrange the original time. Arrived on time at my house to work. The job was tricky but was a small job. When he realised that it was a small job he actually insisted on doing the job for free, which was amazing and extremely generous of him. He cleaned up afterwards and left no mess whatsoever. I would have no hesitation in recommending Edward for any work that needs doing and I will definitely be using him for future work. He absolutely did not have to do the job for free as it was quite a time consuming job. A truly genuine person and also extremely skilful at what he does.

Hired Edward and his team to complete some kitchen installation work for us. We found him to be professional, responsive, flexible and a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend. Edward came out to rearange some kitchen cabinets and fit a dishwasher. He brought an electrician to get access to electricity to power dishwasher. He came quickly within a few days after arranging via whatsapp. We would definitely have him back again for other odd jobs.

Pleasant courteous, Eddie did a great job repairing an internal door and fitting a new lock . He also did another job for me which was rehanging a curtain pole which had fallen down. I would definitely use his service again and would recommend him 100%

Ed from Emagine did an excellent job of rearranging shelving in my pharmacy to make room for a new fridge. He was fast and very clean and obliged with a rapid response and by working on the bank holiday. I thoroughly recommend Ed’s work.

My tradesman from Creative Carpentry was brilliant. Arrived on time, very willing to help and knew how to fix items. Very good quick worker I highly recommend him and I am sure I will look for his help again.

I highly recommend Edward, he came at short notice, was punctual, reliable and highly professional. He tidied up afterwards and went the extra mile. He also offered useful advice for future projects that I have been struggling to find solutions for. I would be happy to use Edward again.

Very disappointing experience with this man, He came out, priced the job and we agreed to go with him over other tradesmen. We then had to chase him to get a response. He constantly never answered the phone and on one occasion when he did he said he would be out the following week but we never heard from him again. I actually left voice messages asking if he could confirm or deny he was or wasn't going to do the job just so I knew but he didn't even respond. Overall I would class him as a very rude man who you as a potential customer should avoid.

Amazing work done on time and on budget. Pictures don't do it justice. We had an initial idea and eddie gave us suggestions we didnt even think of! I will definitely only use eddie for anything in future as he is really that good thanks again for all the hard work eddie!
