Had a cowboy plaster make a mess of my attic, Alex construction, were very professional and advised me on what could be done to fix, plasters turned up on time and worked very hard, completing a very high quailty finish, very pleased, thoughout the process as the guys came across issues they brought to to my attention and we discussed what needed to be done to fix, which made me feel very confortable, reason I didn't give them a 5 was they had no sheets to protect the stairs/floors which I had to supply.
