He was available very promptly, keep me up to date as to when he would be here.
Once he he quickly assessed the job, obtained the parts and got the job completed. He was here for less than an hour and cleaned up afterwards.
He clearly explained what was needed and what he did.
I am very happy with Richard's work and polite manner. I would happily recommend him.
