The Maintenance Man 'Turning Houses Into Homes'
From the moment I got in touch with Dermot, he was very helpful. He took on the job without delay, quoted me a fair price and also made clear from the start that I would have to buy the supplies and materials as he progressed through the work. I was happy with this arrangement. He was always on time, arrived very early each morning and worked hard all day. His only ask was the 'odd cup of coffee' as the day progressed. Each evening, after he had finished his work for the day, he cleaned up and left the place tidy and neat. He cheerfully got stuck into a challenging job retiling a full wall of bulging tiles and managed to save all bar two which saved me a lot of money. Then, as usual I decided I needed some other bathroom floors retiled and he agreed to this without any hesitation. Again, this retiling of these old floors was messy and hard work but he kept going with good humour and competence. He is in the middle of finishing the third bathroom and I know it will be perfect. I have been very happy with his work and I would have no hesitation in recommending Dermot for any tiling or indeed DIY jobs around the house.
