I contacted Michael and Tom on December 15th to say that my gas boiler was not working. As the boiler had been fixed a month earlier, it needed to be replaced. Two other plumbers that I contacted were unable to supply and fit a boiler until early January. However, Michael and Tom sourced a boiler, moved other jobs around and arrived to fit the boiler shortly after 630am on December 17th. They fitted the boiler by lunchtime. The work was of a high quality, the place was left spotless and the price was less than two other quotes that I received. Highly recommended and I would happily get Michael and Tom back for any future plumbing jobs.

I can highly recommend Michael & Tom. My boiler stopped working on Christmas day, I posted the message on this site on the 28th Dec and Michael contacted me the Same day. However, I couldn't get back to Michael until late that evening. Michael and Tom arrived on the 30th, (having making arrangement for the 30th Dec)- Michael and Tom, arrived ON-TIME, as advised, and Contacted me 15-mins before hand too, to let me know they were on the way. Father and Son, were both professional and quickly installed a new burner. They are friendly and easy to speak with, their work was tidy and had the oil burner back running again. I can highly recommend Gilroy heating services ltd.
