In the late 90s James Snr changed direction & established his own construction company Since then, James Snr has constructed several small bespoke housing estates & one-off houses along with the completion multiple extension & renovation projects.
James Burke Junior worked for James Burke Snr at various stages of his career & has a degree in Construction Management & Engineering from the University of Limerick.
James Jnr has 10+ experience working as a Construction Engineering Surveyor & Project Manager on large infrastructure & residential projects in Ireland & Australia.

The work undertaken was garden wall wood cladding and hanging of wood panel. James visited the site and looked at what work was required. He provided me with a written quotation on line. He dealt with all of my queries on the quotation. I selected James form three On Line Tradesmen quotes. He dealt with all of my-email in a timely and efficient manner. He returned all of my calls. It was a small job. He carried the work required to the agreed specification. He arrived on time and as agreed. I did not have to chase. He charged as quoted with no variation. His work and finish was excellent. I would have no hesitation in recommending James for this type of work.
