My fiancée rang you there yesterday about coming out. As you responded to my job request expressing your interest and availability. You had arranged to come out there today. You didn't show nor contact to reschedule or have the decency to update or inform us in anyway. We attempted to call you but didnt get through ????

Joe serviced my oil boiler last week. Cannot recommend highly enough. Arrived on time, was efficient, thorough and did a good clean job. Very friendly and explained everything he was doing and gave me a printout of readings from my boiler which I need for the boiler warranty. Extremely reasonable price, I had got a quote elsewhere for a lot more money. My boiler is purring like a kitten since. Thanks Joe!
